Leadership executive coaching is an effective leadership training tool to assist executives at all ranks to perfect their leadership style, maximize productivity, and achieve optimal performance. It combines two on-site modules with challenging, live real-life experiences. The on-site portion includes nine practice sessions led by industry-recognized leaders who have personally used the services of a renowned Coach. These leaders are ex-leaders, consultants, and executives from top companies such as Coca-Cola, Proctor & Gamble, and Johnson & Johnson.
Coaching begins with an introduction to the concepts behind leadership, followed by an in-depth discussion of what leadership truly means. Coaches examine leadership skills from a systems perspective and discuss processes for cultivating leadership, identifying the obstacles to change, developing personal leadership skills, developing teams, improving communication skills, setting goals, creating strategies, implementing plans, and more. Organizational Consulting Leaders will also go through and practice leadership skills. The program ends with practice sessions and concluding workshop.
The on-site executive coach serves as a catalyst for transformation-especially for the most junior to mid-level executives. He or she identifies areas for improvement, provides resources for coaching, and connects executives through customized leadership programs. During coaching, leaders will be provided with a customized program to reinforce specific aspects of their individual leadership styles. These may include goal setting, communicating, team building, influencing people, and others. In addition, coaches offer executive training and resources to help individuals strengthen their leadership skills.
After leaders learn the content of the program, they will go to the on-site coach for a one-on-one coaching session. During this time, the coach will identify their personal leadership goals and ask them to determine their personal "additional" strengths. During the coaching session, the coach will provide realistic feedback to assess the leaders' strength and weaknesses. In doing so, the coach helps the executives identify how they can maximize their strengths, develop new leadership skills, and make the necessary adjustments.
This is part of the full-service, in-home leadership executive coaching program that addresses the full range of core values and goals of the company. This includes the eight hours of core purpose coaching. The program debriefs participants at the end of the program for an in-depth debrief where the coaches ask participants to reflect on what they learned during the program. Participants are also encouraged to share what they have accomplished since joining the program and what obstacles they faced during the program. The debriefing is given once the program is over.
